Bear Paw Recovery Center is a Montana state-approved Substance Use Disorder treatment facility offering Level 1 and Level 2.1 outpatient services. Established in 2019 by Jesse Bergren, the center was created to bridge a critical gap in behavioral health services within rural communities by delivering all services via telehealth.
From its inception, Bear Paw Recovery Center has been guided by a mission to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This mission continues to serve as a cornerstone of our agency and informs the care we provide every client.
Since 2019, Bear Paw Recovery Center has expanded its services beyond outpatient treatment to include Prime for Life—a DUI and MIP chemical dependency education program—as well as 40-hour Violence Intervention Programs for both men and women. Through these services, we remain committed to increasing access to quality care, supporting personal accountability, and fostering long-term recovery for individuals and families across Montana.
